TQLA Menu

I love the layout of this menu. The cover is interesting, but the inside is the most interesting part to me. Love the typface used for the major headings, and also the different colors used. The boxes and partial boxes as well as the lines (all are double lines) work well to add interest and also organize the sections. I like the coding system and the fact that the code key is right at the top. The design is really appealing to me overall.

"Southwestern craft and fresh ingredients behind TQLA’s fresh, bold and flavorful concept comes through in the rugged-meets-vintage style of their menu. Retro type in a smart, modern layout layered on top of a map of North America’s Southwest capture the region’s heritage and attest to the restaurant’s fun and energetic atmosphere."

LUNA E POMODORO Menu

The clipboard menu has become popular, and it's a nice way to display menu pages. What I especially like about this menu is how clean the design is. The layout is really appealing to me. It's in two sections, each with two columns, and the content is centered, giving it a classy look. Nice sans-serif typefaces, clear hierarchy. Simple and basic, but sort of elegant too.

BILL'S FRIED CHICKEN Menu

Bill's Fried Chicken menu is unique and appealing. I like the color scheme and quirky image on the "cover" as well as the whole thing being mounted on a stick. I also like the way the color scheme from the cover is carried over to the content side. It's super-simple, but the colors give it some panache. Really easy to read and find what you're looking for. Love it!

MINAR Indian Restaurant Menu

I like the very light background designs on this menu for Minar Indian Restaurant. The front cover has an interesting image, the logo/title of the restaurant is right on top, and the address and other contact info plus hours are listed.

As for the content, the hierarchy is clear, and it is easy to find what you are looking for. Nice, readable typography. I like that the menu items are in all caps and the descriptions are upper/lowercase. The main headings are all caps and red, and there are green symbols to signify the dishes for which special white meat can be added for a dollar. Classy, but not overly so.

THE INSIDE Menu

THE INSIDE restaurant  menu

I really like the entire theme of this menu. The restaurant serves pockets, or dumplings, of different kinds, and the square menu with several panels is a great way to organize the menu information. It's simple, bold, organized, and seems to fit the character of the restaurant. Just black and red on white is a good choice. I also really like the logo workmark.

"The Inside is designed as an international restaurant in a fast casual format. The range of products contains tasty dumplings: baked, fried or boiled, according to traditional recipes of distant lands, or as extravagant taste creations."
